studiooberhauser was founded in Bolzano (Italy) in 2018 by designer Martin Oberhauser. The multidisciplinary team works at the intersection of product design, interior design, architecture and art. studiooberhauser’s work has so far been recognised with more than 50 international design awards, reflecting a consistent commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainability. The Wonder Global Awards (WGA) have recognised studiooberhauser as one of the world’s TOP 50 design companies for 2025.
A key focus of studiooberhauser is the research and application of innovative production methods, such as a newly developed 3D printing process for concrete and recycled materials.
Martin Oberhauser graduated as a designer from the University of Bolzano, Italy. He continued his studies with a postgraduate degree at the University ECAL - Ecole Cantonale D'Art de Lausanne in Switzerland as scholar of Ronan Bouroullec and at the Designlabor Bremerhaven as a scholarship holder of the state of Bremen tutored by Werner Aisslinger. After graduating, Oberhauser worked with Patrick Jouin in Paris, where he deepened and refined his craft.
